Help Plz, Will A R34 Rb20de Gearbox Fit On A Gtt?

Ture? I wonder how weak they are. The reason that i'm asking is becuase it's really hard to get a R34 GTT gearbox in here and they are cost like hell........ so if the R34 RB20DE box could able to handle 180KW power, then i will be happy about that.

Yes it will fit, yes it's almost identical to the RB20 box.

Just fit an R33 box and have a different clutch setup, the push type are easier to come by and cheaper.

Thanks for the reply mate, so do you mean R33 GTST gearbox? The reason i put the R34 RB20 gearbox in as they r using pull type clutch.

Yeah the R33 uses the opposite type, which doesn't matter as you car was never fitted with any manual gear, so just use the slave cylinder setup out of an R33.

Contact Abobob, he's done the conversion with R33 bits

Nope all R33's except GTR use the push type clutch.
