Anytime is good! But Sunday is the best day since majority of people SHOULD be free. I would prefer an SAU cruise with a bunch of RBs roaring in unison  or even with nissansilvia

...I sort of agree...think the first one should be on your/our own even if it is a small group

Well should we get the ball rolling on the First SAU YSA cruise.

Easter is coming up so not so good then.

Are we keen for a sunday cruise relativly soon or wait for a while and get a bigger one.

Im keen to have one in the next 2 weeks. But I am aware it is rather stressful organising a cruise.

Any ideas of where we will go/ want to go.

I will start organisng it now with Mark if your keen mate.

G1 & I can start organisng things asap if ppl are keen for a cruise in the next few weeks.

yeah i dont mind if we invite other car clubs, but since this will be SAU's first YSA cruise, prolly better if we just keep it as sau only.

i would be up for a sunday cruise relatively soon! i think within the next few weeks is sufficient notice. i mean it doenst have to be too big!

i think the sooner the better!

cheers!

HHHHAHAHAAAHAAAHAAHAAAH. So many things can be said about your comment nath.

Nath and I will get cracking on the route. Just gotta see what Mark wants to do aswell.

It will need to be alot cooler aswell. This 40 degree heat wont be good for my stock brick on wheels let alone a 300+rwkw car like Naths.

If cooler weather is heading our way I will pull my finger out and organise this thing quickly.

yeh........oh not majorly well, but i have a few routes i like taking, done a few in my car on late night runs.

im a particular fan of the area around sterling, great pub/restaurant and nice scenery.........

besides im as keen as mustard to drive my thing

why dont you cruise down south. theres some awesome 100 kph winding corners down towards rapid bay thru to victor, and its allways 8 - 10 degrees cooler down there then up near adelaide.

The normal adelaide crusie's are to slow and tight and with lots of hairpin coners to cook everyones brakes.

just my thoughts..

Darren

Darren mate u might have an idea.

Just a nice cruise along the southern expressway and off to some other place would be nice. I can just picture line after line for the eye to see and the passes by would like the veiw of all the skylines in a row

if you want any suggestion as to routes im happy to help as i know the whole south area very well.

And yes 50 lines stretching there legs in 28 degree weather sounds good to me..

some great photo spots along the way aswell.

see how many lines we can fit on the myponga reservoir

KI as back drop would make a great pic with 20 or 30 lines in the top lookout carpark at cape jervis.

gentle cruise around past deep creek

counter meal at the crown at victa

top of willunga hill lookout

then a boost back thru meadows, echunga etc.

dont worry about fuel im in the same boat.

im lucky to get 20L per hundred

if we start with a full tank that will get us right down around the peninsular and over to victa.

a quick top up and that will get you back thru willunga then meadows etc then down the freeway.

im self employed so you name a time and place and i will be there to help organise a great event.

the route i have in mind is approx 250 kays from the city and return, but 80% is open sweeping roads that you wont need much boost so fuel consumption wont be an issue.

you can contact me on 0407187834

or via PM

thanks for letting me help.

Darren

Hey darren.

High Five for great plan mate. I likie very much so.

I have the next week off but no car as of yet. Dam coil packs.

If you are good with the computers and the net and have the time send me some maps of the routes you have thougt of.

I have no probs with the kays as well hey as you said. 50 or so lines in a row cruising for a cause will be an awsome sight.

I believe you can use whereis.com.au to plan trips i think. But if your not keen on figuring out the route then i will gladly help out big fella.

Just gotta make sure my car is back and ready for this cruise. and also clean. Dammm she is a dirty thing right now.

Thanks again for your input mate. Much apprciated
