Rb20 Lifters Into Rb25 Head

OK, the search for lifters for my RB25 head continues, months after I thought I had put it to rest. Speaking to Spool Imports, they suggested that RB20 lifters may work, I was wondering if anyone could confirm this for me?

don't know about NICS but silvertop rb20 lifters will work, I know this because I swapped a set into a rb25 head last week and its fine.

Is there any difference between the NICS and silvertop locks that would necessitate a difference in the lifters?

I couldn't tell you sorry man. I haven't had much to do with NICS heads, someone else may know but.

- this is for a rb25det - i took them out because i thought they were the issue and when i put the other set in it made no difference since then the engine has been rebuilt which fixed the noise.
