Apexi Avcr

Hi there,

I recently bought a R33 Gtst and it has an Apexi AVCR in it. When I bought it the guy didnt really show me how to use it. He said it had 2 or 3 settings, one was like 7psi , one was 12psi and the other was 14psi or something like that. Just wondering if someone could tell me how do i select one of these settings that are already programmed into it and how do I know what the boost is set to?? By the way its the AVCr with the blue screen.
