you can get carbon fire rims for motor bikes at something like 3k a pop. if you could get em for cars they would be expensive.

There is a place in QLD that can perform a process on normal rims to look like carbon fibre...super rice, but possible

yeah the reason i ask is because my brother's mate came over the other day and the rims on his sil80 looked like cf. i asked him if it's actually cf and he said yes but i know he was messin around so yeah just wanted to make sure coz me being the noob that i am i couldn't tell the difference. and yeah i guess they would be very expensive if there are any out there...

yes there are carbon fibre rims, they are on the wide body wrx (orange colour with yellow side mirrors ) drift car in japan, i do know they sell them in oz, but am not sure how much

yes you can get them.

some are made entirely of cf and have a price tag to match.

the cheaper ones are a steel skeleton with cf laid over it.
