Knocking Noise

Hi. When I switch my car to off and it stops it sounds like it keeps running. Can anyone help.

Might need to be more specific, What kind of noise? like the engine is still running?

Was the problem there when you bought the car of did it appear recently?

this is a strange one. running as in the engine is still running after ttimer switches off? how long does it run for? is it stuff clickity clacking in the enigne bay?? more info needed.

Sounds like a muffled clunk. As soon as you turn it off it makes the noise just as the engine stops. It hasn't always done it. I am just hoping its nothing major.....

I would suggest checking your engine mounts. If the rubber mount has separated from the metal plate it could be the culprit.
