Adjusting The Cas

Hey,

My car recently wouldnt start so i investigated the poblem and found the CAS had come loose and moved all the way to the left, so i repositioned it around the center, but unsure where exactly it should be.

How do i put it in the ocrrect spot? because atm it pops and farts when your nto on the loud pedal sounds like its missing as well

You need to set it with a timing light..Timing light goes on the wire loop near the ignitor.

15deg btdc i believe.. put it in the middle thats normally correct... then take it somwhere without boosting it to get it checked properly.

aight cheers lol so i really shouldnt of taken it to othe drag strip then and run 1.1bar through it

would explain it not wanting to idle

^^^ Lolz...well...if its set to standard and your car was tuned at 15 degrees then it would be ok...i'd just be careful...too much ignition timing and high boost is a recipe for disaster...good luck...
