Looking for an easy going, considerate and clean room-mate to share with 2 females (21 y.o and 29 y.o) in a 3 bedroom home located in Preston. The Room itself is unfurnished but the rest of the house fully furnished. Close to train station, Preston market, and approx. 15-20 mins from the CBD. $85 p.w + exp. $340 for bond. nah..kidding - u should advertise at universities and tafe and stuff - thats where a lot of the potential roomates are....but be warned - lots of international students might end up calling u gals up....

IMO $85 is reasonable for preston unless the house is falling apart (which i doubt)
