Hey Guys,

Im about to go out and replace the factory dump/front pipe and cat converter to some aftermarket items.

Just wondering, is it essential to get my car on a dyno once they have been installed. Ive had a few people say that it might jack the boost levels up a little bit a throw the Air to Fuel ratios out.

Does anyone know what effect this upgrade has on a R34 GTT?

Oh yeah i currently have a 3" stainless steel Cat Back system and am putting on a liverpool exhausts 3" Front pipe and a high flow cat.

Hi - I too have an R34 GTT and did this just a few weeks ago, no need to put it on the dyno. It didnt really increase the boost it was getting to (it seemed to be getting to about 8 - 8.5psi, but I think this might have been also due to the 3" cat back I already had, which you also already have).

It does make it come onto boost quicker though, which is good  It's a pretty good upgrade, when you see the stock dump pipe you will see why! Makes the car sound a lot better too. I used one of the Bosimporting split dump / front pipes and Catco 5" metal cats.
