I'd say the price of V35 coupes would have to drop in Japan quite nicely in the next 1-2 years.. as the V36 coupe will be a much more attractive option, and Japanese do like their new things. So I'd say there must be a lot over there looking to 'trade up' to the V36, just as we here trade up the latest model commodore, falcon, etc.

R34 gtr's have held their value as there isn't anything that has replaced it at that top level (yet). Soon as the new GTR comes out, you'd imagine many well-to-japanese would be looking to sell their old R34 and buy one.

i'm holding off buiying an r34 gtr as i believe the prices will drop when the new model arrives . how much i don't know , but hopefully at least 20% . ie stock ones for around the early 50k now, would be around the 40k (by early 2008 hopefully)

any comments welcome
