Os Giken Close Gear Set

Am after some feedback on the pro's & cons of the os giken close gearset upgrade.

I've got a spare box that i'm looking at doing up to throw into the car but am undecided on the gearset,should i leave it stock or go the os giken set?

It's going into a 1990 R32 GTR,is there ant other mods needed when fitting these gearsets?

Will be doing all synchro's & bearings while i'm there.

I will be using the car for the odd track day & it will more than likely see the strip.
