apparently adds upto 11kw (15BHP)??

Rubbish mate. I'm pretty sure all that will do is install between the AFM and plug, and reduce the voltage slightly. That will in turn Trick the engine into running leaner AFRs.

I'd just buy a SAFC or PowerFC.

You can get the same results with a 5 cent resistor. Don't bother with crap like that! Get a SAFC or similar.
