Upgrading

hey peeps, im new to the skyline world

i have a 1993 r32 gts-t with 3" catback and pod filter, running on 10psi

im wanting to upgrade my pig to get something near the 200-220rwkw mark

im soon to slap on a fmic, but im not sure what to do next for the cheapest alternative

some q's:

should i hiflo my r32 turbo?

should i uprade to an r33 hiflo turbo?

will i need to change/remap my ecu?

will i need to change injectors and fuel pump?
