Nah we should be right, i have a friend who is 99% gonna come, he is on here as well but dont know his nick. Do you guys prefer to keep it at 8ppl and pay an extra $25? Cause it seems like it would be more worthwhile for us. If nobody objects then I will limit the number to just 8 then so we get more track time.

I would love to go.. I might, but it's kinda tight with timing. Gibson Motorsport will be running their cars out at wakefield on the same day(they're look and SOUND freaking awesome!). Plus i've got gokarting with another club, ARGH!!!

Oh yeh, I probably need to get those rims back off you CEF11E. I'll need them for a drift day at easter weekend.

OK guys so we are now confirmed for the 31st of March. All ppl attending will be required to pay an extra $26 on the day to make it a total of $125. Please reply or PM if you are NOT ok with this.

Make sure you turn up with good tyre pressures and a fullish tank of gas.. starting time to be confirmed.. i think its 8.30 or 9am.

Question 1: What tyre preasure do people normally run for these i would imagine either normal street level or slightly more ???

Question 2: The ground is wet right so it won't wear the tyres down to much ??? if so i will probably just put a set of my stock 33 tyres in.

1. I think most people just run the normal street tyre pressure.

2. The track is wet in parts, but if you slide out or spin around on the outside, you do hear the joy of your rear tyres dragging themselves along the dry slightly uneven concrete. If you start going regularly though you might want to put some track rims on the rear.

Yeah I usually run 38psi on the street, Derek recommends tyre pressures slightly higher than what most ppl run on the street which would be 32psi.

If you have a cheaper set of rims I would put them on the rear. Tyre wear is quite minimal really unless you spin out alot or take the dry lines as CeJay mentioned, but I would still rather wear out my stockies than my 19s!

last time we had 8 people we all got 3 x 20 min runs and a 5 min run at the end :P

Good Times!

Here's a tip :):

check the level of your power steering fluid before you go and make sure it is topped up. Also take an old sock with you and cover the power steering fluid canister as it usually over flows a bit. Also full boost is not needed. i turn the boost right down to give the car a bit of a break.

Well at the moment I'm still in on this, but what turned from getting my car back monday/Tuesday this week from the smash repairers has blown out to this friday..... At the moment I'm not sure if i'll take the car out even if it's ready due to the paint. But either way I'll show up. Damn I'm in a shitty mood right now.

Anyways, thought I'd let everyone know, there "might" be a camera guy or two at the drift day, trying to get better at their techniques etc. So be on the lookout if they showup, might be able to get some footage of your car.

I also have a car but no wheels at the stage...

new ones coming from brisbane via horse and cart. I will be spotted at revolve digging thru scrap piles looking for some 4 x 114.3 dorifto rims.

Woo Hoo I would like to see a skyline riding on fat 14'z yo...

I will be there and drifting even if I have to make some damn wheels...

Sorry I didn't get back to you earlier bout this Paragon, was just in a panic about trying to get the new car, but I'll be there to watch ;)

BTW cef11e, I got some r31 silo rims if you want to borrow them

seems like i am in the same fix as you two guys put together. I am picking up my car from J Racing tomorrow afternoon.. hopefully and i have no rims. The rims i have i cant get an appropriate hub ring locator for and so have been advised not to use them on track. Does anyone have a pair of R33 or S15/14 5x114.3 stockies I can borrow? PM me or get me on 0414 610 499 PLEASE!!!
