hi, i want to know is anyone knows what the power button and hold button on the dashboard are for?

Dunno about the R32, but in other cars I have driven the "power" button lets the automatic transmission hold on to gears longer during acceleration and will kick down to a lower gear with less provocation. Some newer transmissions will also have harder and faster gearshifts in power mode vs normal mode. The "hold" button in other cars I have driven will force the automatic transmission to stay in the current gear right up to redline without upshifting, regarless of how much throttle you are using.

If your car is automatic, I'd suggest that is what they do. If your car is manual, I have no idea.
