What Should I Look Out For When Buying A Rb25 R32?

hey all

very keen on a r32 with a rb25det engine/box.. just wondering what i should look out for both LEGALLY (engineers cert, vic roads ect) and both just general "has it been converted properly" sort of thing..

gt2535 on 16psi

spit fire coil packs

turboback xorst

fmic

1.5lsd

tommie flywheel/clutch (i think)

tien coilovers..

cant member the rest...
