rb30 bottom end parts

does anybody know where i can get aftermarket parts for an rb30 bottomend. i am trying to build up an rb30det but i live in the states so nobody here has any idea of what i am talking about when i mention an rb30 so i cant get parts. i am looking for beefier internals that will hold up with the conversion.

If you are after specific parts, you are probably better off to make a list of exactly what you need, that way people know exactly what you're after, and will have a better chance of helping you out.:uh-huh:

Look for hi-po vl turbos in the magazines. They will just have expensive American bits in them I reckon. You can get pistons/rods/bearings any size these days. the stock crank if tested and balanced properly will stand up to a lot of punishment. I intend to put a rb30 block and crank under a gtr and look for the other side of 300kw / 400hp. People have, and do do it!

problem is i dont know jack abotu the rb30 or its availability of performance parts

Dont have to. Just look at what other people have put in, for the same kw you hope to achieve. Stock bottom end balanced with good bearings and a new/reco oil pump would (im guessing here) suffice up to 250-300 kw. Depends what you hoping to achieve. Send an email to some of the shops that have done the big hp VL's.
