You've got a HICAS hydraulic system like the R32's have, therefore have fluid to pressurise it... 'cause i am pretty sure my R33 (and others) doesn't have it and there is no "HICAS" fluid needed for any 33.

Power steering fluid *should* be fine.. If it does something terrible just bleed the system and try again.

i just use powersteering oil cause the hicas and powersteering resivoir is the same ash. i know cause i run out of it every 2 week lol

I use auto trnas fluid but you can get power steering fluid

Hey Ash your HICAS is driven off your front steering so uses the normal power steering Reservoir. The oil should be a red/pink colour, I am thinking they have put brake fluid in there, does it smell like dead ants?
