Beer Baron
I bought these nuts for my GTR in japan, but have decided to do something different (as usual...lol). basically an impulse purchase which I am famous for. They are Rays Engineering/Volk Racing Daytona wheel nuts. These are much better (and more expensive) than the usual dura nuts you see around. They have a seperate taper piece on the end to ensure they can be torqued up properly and also not damage your wheels when being used with a rattle gun (as the nut wont spin against the wheel face). They are also a longer nut so much easier to get good purchase on them with a socket or gun. Plus they have open ends which means you can use these on the track. Not many people know, but at any cams even in aus you must have open topped nuts as a scruteneering requirement (this is so they can see how much thread you have on the studs). These are 40mm long nuts and come in a pack of 20 and also include a socket. These are more expensive than the regular rays nuts, I'm asking $230 for the whole lot + postage to you (around $10 to most states, or pick-up from me in sydney northside). pic: Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/155227-volk-racing-wheel-nuts-going-cheap-not-the-usual-rays-nuts/ Share on other sites
