R32 And R33 Gtr And Gts-t Trans Parts Interchangeable

I need to know if the awd transmission from a GTR will have the same gear sets

as a rwd GTS-T trans. More importantly, I need to know if the bell housing(pretty

sure this is from already searching) and the mainshaft are the same.

Any info is appreciated.

NO, R32 GTST has the same gearbox as S14 and S13, but with a shorter main shaft.

The gear set in a R33 GTst is the same as GTR but the main shaft is differrent. GTR have a short output shaft to mate to the transfer case.

R33 and R32 GTR boxes are the same apart from the bellhousings on some models are pull not push.

GTR housings fit on GTST and vice versa, i have a R34 GTT box with GTR bellhousing in our S13.

R33 GTSt R34GTT and R32/R33 GTR bell housings all interchange, R32 only interchanges with VL comm, S13, S14 and Series III bluebird from memory.
