most people sand them back and paint them gloss black

when you say sand them back do ya mean with a machine or just some fine sand paper use by hand.

im getting 19s in a week or 2 but would mind giving it a go for now. have the next few days off. so i might give it a go. bored.

i used VHT quick coat acrylic enamel, its a silver can with a blue star on it. You can pick up from autobahn or wherever. SP 504 Gloss Black. did 2 coats let each dry for about 15 mins (mind you it was a sunny 30o today).

yeah take the wheel off, that way you can get a good clean and spray. remember to chuck some shit down on the ground so you dont paint the ground black. i.e- newspaper or old rag

DO NOT LOOK GOOD.

ha whatever, the original silver on my wheels was really dirty(could not get discolour out) and scuffed so i think it looks 10 times better in black
