Why is my alarm doesn't work if the turbo timer on?

Is it like that or?

The reason is, is the engine is still running, and the alarm senses that and won't arm.

It is possible to get a relay put in which allows the alarm to arm, and when the turbo-timer has stopped for the immobilizer to activate.

ring up the distributor of your alarm and say you want the turbo timer feature installed.

Mine is like when the turbo timer is off (engine off) then the alarm light is on in 30 secs but if i press the open button (remote) it locks the car , so i have to press twice to open the car.

Is it stranger or normal?

It's hard to explain.

Normaly , I press the button to arm the car 1 beep

now with turbo timer i press the button to lock the car when the engine off , in 30 secs it will arm itselfs

but if I want to open the car I have to press the button twice , first one to arm the car with only 1 beep and 2nd one 2 beep then the car is open
