Tyre Choices For R34gtt

Hey People,

I have looked at the sticky thread about tyres but there wasn't much info regarding the Tyre choices I have been given. So below I have listed my choices and price that the shop has given me.

My tyre sizes are Front - 235/45R17 and Rear - 255/40R17

Goodyear F1 GSD3

Front $250

Rear $357

Goodyear Excellence

Front $233

Rear $310

Dunlop Sport Max

Front $260

Rear $357

Yokohama AS01

Front $280

Rear $335

Yokohama V550

Front $300

Rear $344

I was alos quoted some Nexen 3000? and they were fairly cheaper but I was advised that there were not a very high performing tyre.

I need to get these tyres done ASAP to pass a rego inspection, so any help/advice would be greatly appreciated!

At those prices I'd go the Goodyear GDS3 as its a top notch tyre in almost every tyre test known to man.

That's what the tyre guy has said, he showed me all the awards it has won. But there wasn't much about it in the Sticky Tire Thread.
