So I Installed Some Tweeters

So i did this!

flush mounted the Kenwood tweeters in the rear door panels

I have to do the fronts tomorrow

i dont mean to sound like a smartass, but if you dont like things inside that dont lok oem then why would you put one of those VIP tables in there?

but i think i really mean i dont like things to be half ass

like some people just set their tweters on and screw them in adn stuff, and leave the crossovers sitting on pockets and stuff.

Im a perfectionist lol

I am getting a Kenwood Double Din head unit this week, soI will be into the DIY topic.

Ther are tweeters in my A Pillars. I don't know how good they are because the CD player has never worked. If needs be I will install new ones in the door panels.

if you do install them in the rear, put them to the rear of hte handle

the front is too harsh on the front if your not a fan of loud tweeteres

I like the idea of mounting the cross overs in the foam, I will do that from now on in stereo installs I do.

well its ideal, becuase ifyou cut out that small amount of plastic right there. it slides into that opening of the door. no worrying about fitting etc etc.
