An 'idiot In A Skyline' Story With A Difference

Recommended Posts

i've got the heads up on this guy, did some dangerous driving around some friends. he won't be driving very sooner let alone walking if they find him, but if i see him i'll call the cops first then while i wait for them do some vigilantie shit cause cops never turn up. saw a drunk as a skunk lady with kids in her falcon at the air port driving mate in my passenger seat called the cops while i followed, we stayed behind her all the way to bribie no cops to be seen stayed on the phone the whole time she side swiped two cars on the way

Calling the cops is hardly being a vigilante, and I don't see a problem "informing" on someone who is an obvious danger to himself, his passengers and everyone else on/near the road. We're not talking about someone who was doing a few kays over the limit or who did a bit of a skid coming out of a servo or something. Besides, this kind of behaviour doesn't exactly help our image in the eyes of the police - you have people like this fool to thank for the hassles we already have.

Anyway the original incident was a couple of months ago and things may have changed. He may have a license now for example, or may have even sold the car to someone else. Personally, if I spot the car I'll leave him alone, but will keep it in the back of my mind that he "may" be a dickhead. Interesting to hear someone else has had a run-in with him though.

nothing hun, dw about it...

Far be it for us to start doing the police's job for them, thats called being a vigalantie and is getting into the same territory as that whack-woman with her dob-in-a-dope etc websites.

What go's around comes around, if we start informing on people then we will be informed apon ourselfs. The police have everything they need to deal with this bloke, its up to them as to what path they wish to take. Hes never done anything to me or most people here so we should leave it be until he does.

Dude pricks like this are a different animal. You wanna pull a massive burnout in front of my pad I'll crack a beer and sit on the deck and watch. When it comes to endangering lives tho I will be all over you like a cheap suit. Theres a major difference.

revhead has made a pretty valid point in saying the car may have been sold - also why is this being posted now and not months ago when it happened?

When stuff like this happens gang mentalities should be avoided as it can lead to trouble. It should be between the cops and the parties directly involved.
