Need Some Help

Ok so i need someone that can write Japanese to help us out, we need to know how DrifTas and DrifTas.com would appear so we can get our stickers done.

If anyone can help or point me in the right direction it would be much apprecaited

well japanese people would probably write it the way you do. urls can't contain anything other than roman alphabet (no kanji or kana) so driftas.com is still driftas.com.

I'd say probably the same goes for driftas as it's not really a word so you can't translate. you could spell it out in katakana though I guess like you do with anglo names and words. someone more confident with their kana (and with a way to type it at work!) will be able to do that.

Is "driftas" pronounced like "drifters" or as in "as drift as ......"?

If its the later, ドリフトアズ would probably be more appropriate. Makes f*k all difference though, no normal Aussie can read kana anyway.....

Its more drif-tas, as in drift tas if you know what i mean

Its just to see if it would look ok on a sticker and if i can incorperate it onto the website

Like i said we wanted to see what it would look like on a sticker...

Does it really matter that i dont know anything about the language i was just asking a simple question

lol, I have often wondered the same thing my friend. but I believe I have found the answer. it's the same reason ARC Japan have "we advance it with own sense and technology, the latest surrounding requried by the times" written under their logo!
