Are all kits fibreglass or are there any available in injected moulded plastic. I was thinking of chroming some smaller items like rear pods and rear wing struts etc. Anybody Know?

Most kits are replicas or lower quality ones and come in fibreglass.

However some of the real trial//bomex kits etc are moulded plastic ( nismo kits are moulded plastic also)

Theres a massive difference in price though..

Full trial body kit for an s13 replcia costs around 400 bucks..

the real deal costs around 2000
