Bosch 040 Fuel Pump

hey once again pplz just wonderin if the bosch 040 fuel pump fits straight in the r33 gtst with no mods required ?

And is it a good fuel pump?

you goto chop up the bracket it sits on, it should take you 5 mins though.

when you mount it make sure it sits lower than the stock pump used to sit otherwise you'll get down to like 1/4 - 1/8 on the fuel gauge and you'll run outa petrol.

What's with the 'hat' on the top?

Does it do anything or just install it and not worry about that bit?

I agree with t04 about the bosch pumps. I have my reasons.

I reckon the best ones for up to 265 rwkw are the gtr pumps.

The hat is the anti drainback valve.
