Pressure drop

My r32 is fitted with a large front mounted truck intercooler with a fair amount of pipe work and i have allways worried about the amount of pressure drop there would be. so today i did a test by extending my boost guage vacume line and putting it on the turbo side of my bleed valve and found that ther was only about 1 to 1.5 psi pressure drop ! I would have thought it would be more. I was going to take intercooler out and have it pressure tested but i dont think i will bother as it must only loose a very small amount of pressure across it .

Have i tested it the right way ?

Should i be happy with this amount of loss ?

Has anybody else done this test ?
