Does this mean its possible to remove the seat-back, and the parcel shelf without having to take the seat-bottom out?! thats a small time saver i didnt know about...

You will have to take the bottom seat out (as in where you ass touches the seat lol).. Then take the back seat out..

Thats the first two steps!!

Pretty sure you will have to take the side inner guards/panels out (the black thing).. where the seat belt hook is placed..

Done my rear speakers ages ago.. so sorta forgotten now..

Once thats all undone, im sure you can work out how to take the speakers out..

yep. been doing a lot of coupes that way lately as I cannot get the lower out.

yeah you dont HAVE to take the bottom half of the seat out, but if you can (its a bitch) its easier to work with...

take the back bit off, then the parcel shelf... i dont remember if mine was bolted on, but i bolted it on afterwards...

the speakers are underneath that in the pods... i took the pods out, swapped the speakers where i had space cause the back window is a bitch, then put the pods back in...

but yeah, top part of the rear seat is a must...

Put some 6x9's in the parcel shelf the other weekend......

Take the bolts out of the bottom and slide forward enough to get to the other two bolts for the back... Don't take the bottom out completely - the latch part of the seatbelts were a bish to put back through when I did the "pleather" interior from the group buy!

There a sneaky couple of bolts on the underside of the parcel shelf... need to remove the HICAS computer to get to em... other than that.. easy as.

Will need spacers to bring the speakers up if going bigger than factory.. damn battery in the boot :)

took about 15 mins - but I had the rear seat out the week prior so I new that part was going to be easy.. bolt under the HICAS had me for about 10 minutes though!

I did mine and no you dont need to remove the black panels on the side where the seat belt holes are. I have six by nines in with spacers from Jay car they fit very snug and look great speakers dont interfear with the battery at all and for a bit of a bling spray the spacers anodized metallic blue will be finishing spraying mine this week end will post everything ive done on sunday looks trik as!! (if ya like that stuff)!!
