R32 Intake Temperature Sensor

Hi guys,

After running a diagnostic on my climate control, seems that my intake temp sensor is way out, -30 deg??? does anyone know where i can find it, and how to replace it? Is it just a matter of getting another thermistor and soldering it on?

inlet manifold just behind the intake to it, replace as u said.

as a suggestion, you *may* be able to wire in a resistor to offset the bad values of the sensor.. Otherwise just replace it.

i dont think its the intake on the motor guys

prob intake on the air feed for the ac

I have the same sensor reading -30degree's and yes it stuffs the a/c so that its not cold.

Its a real pain in the arse to get to. Best bet is to buy another and simply plug it in and push it in to the box, leave the old there.

I've been quoted around $45 for the sensor.
