Have RCA's running from HU "front speakers" ports to the amp at rear of car then i then run speaker wire to the bottom speaker...do i then just run those wires from the bottom speaker straight up to the tweeters? :P sortof share the power :P Cant find a diagram on the net of this other than running them to the HU which is too confusing :(

Splits should have a crossover unit that splits the signals to each speaker. Usually you have a crossover box (fo each channel) that you feed speaker wire into from amp, there should be two sets of outputs, one for highs (tweeters) and one for lows (mids). If thre is no crossover box, then there may be an inline crossover, you should only need to feed into it from the amp.

What speakers are you running?

Cheapy Pioneer ones. Yeah i think i have an inline crossover, just a little black thing with +- wires comming out each end.

So im now guessing i run from amp to the speakers & then i just splice off this speaker wire & send it through the black thing & onto the tweeter.
