Just amzed at the dyno day yesterday as to how many lines (and others) cruised on by without the stones to stop and shoot the breeze with fellow liners.

Are we ugly or diseased or, are they just plain chickenshit. There were a couple of nice cars among them too.

im not sure what you mean?

Not everyone was there to run there cars. I dont see how it has anything to do with balls at all, some just didnt want to do it. And considering the area its in, it doesnt surprise me that a skyline or two thats unrelated to SAU cruised past

A skyline or 2. get real, i stopped counting at 20.

Noel im surprised you can still count that high in your age? :P Nah true to the point yet we dont want the wrong crowd stopping. The fact was that who was there was the point the 99% majority of which were decent people. Thats quite satisfactory in my views there

178 mark. basic mods. fmic. pipes from turbo back. apexi pod. 10 lb boost. Not a bad ground zero to start from. I saw some rides make plenty of ponies but I suspect they could be animals to drive. Plan is to finish up around the 250 rwkw mark with most of the power in a very useable range. Mod selection is gonna be the key and i am going to drive a lot of people nuts before i settle on what I want. :P

so back on topic:

this isn't a new occurence

any organised event in the public section always gets a ton of club (and other forum) drivebys

usually noobcruising, which explains the bogans in their hilarious cars showing off their exhaust noise most of the day

(that and the 30 something skylines)

Edit: For hilarious read: Piece of sh*t VK station wagon with bonnet gauges and a supercharger, hah

WAs that the beige clunker doin the footpath tuneup beside the dyno shop. LOL

Loud and clear Andy. I know that sound too well. :D

even some of the ppl i met there for the first time needed to strut their epeens by revvving off after the dyno.

but meh.. you get that i guess. me.. it got revved enough for the day so i let it idle nicely out... then it has a 300km drive @110kmh

so it got to stretch its legs

I was there for a look and was going to give my car a run, but $50 for a five minute run nah. The staff looked like they had enough they were not very friendly or helpful anyway.

And after a 300v motul oil change the day before you dont have much spending money left over lol.

People are just shy?

Honestly, this is a stupid issue to be brought up, we have nothing to hide, and there were no unwanted parties showing up, who cares that people are curious? anyone who is participates in this club is welcome, as also to those curious......

honestly who gives a crap!? ;)
