Is It Possible To Get A Shell Imported?

i want to build a drift car , i have a RB20DET that i want o mount in a silvia or 180sx but dont want to buy a car for 10k and chuck a motor in it. are there any places in qld that will import old repairable write offs or something to do the engine swap.

i dont want it to be registered, or complied or anything like that, just want a cheap car to work on and nun of the wrecking yards i've spoken to will sell me a car or know where i could get one,

anyone have any idieas?

you'd be much better finding a rolling shell here and using that...

check the classifieds, there are always sils and 180's coming up there

... or find the cheapest, complete and drivable base model car and import that. Anything not drivable will need to be shipped via container (= expensive).

Best bet is what insanity suggested - plenty around.
