Handbrake Adjustment

How does one go about adjusting the handbrake on an R33??

The other night i gave it a bit of a try and pulled the wheels off. Now from what I remember, somebody said there is an adjustment that can be done at the rear wheels near each disc.

I checked where the cable goes into the discs on each side, and there is like a little rubber sleeve which can be slid back. Near that is a bolt that can be tightened. It seemed to be a bit loose and i tightened it, but didn't appear to make much of a difference to the handbrake at all. Where abouts can i adjust the handbrake tension for the rear? Anybody know?

Yes, I know the first adjustment point is in the car, just near the glovebox.. but there is only so far that can be adjusted in its thread (people who have looked will know what i'm talking about, but its hard to explain). I need to adjust it at the rear properly.
