Buying A Skyline Front Left Noise When Braking Caliper Issue?

Hi looking at a r33 skyline, has a noise in the front end when braking, RAA says it is to do with caliper or rotor, how major is this? also car needs manifold gasket replaced does anyone know what brand to get and how much and easy it is to replace?

the manifold gasket shouldnt be too much.. u should be able to get one from super cheap auto or repco or a shop like that.. but ig u need to replace the rotor and caliper u will be looking at anywhere from $300 upwards for parts and then labour costs.
