I think the pipe coming off the back of the muffler is 3", but you can defiantly have it cut off & matched to your exhaust. The twin tips off the muffler are around 2” I believe.

No it’s not very loud, good for bringing down the attention of your car, but give it some revs up high & produces a very nice note, best of both worlds.
