Vac Hose Broke Off...

hey guys

ER34 GTT, just broke my lovely vac hose, however it wasnt the end on the intake which broke.. its the other end which goes back near the firewall drivers corner.. just wondering if someone can trace it back for me so i can fix up the vac leak

hope u know what i mean... (the vac hose where people normally T in for their boost gauge.)

I think it goes to the factory map sensor.

Either map sensor or brake booster.

If you take a pic we can point you to where it should go but I think it's quite likely to go the factory map sensor that is bolted to the rear of the inner guard just infront of the booster.

I think it goes back to standard boost gauge which is mounted on your firewall. If the line is broken you'll have an air leak. Someone correct me if i am wrong.

ok... lots of hoses in engine bay.. thats my problem.

Could somebody with an R34 GTT, follow their vac hose from the TB to where ever it goes, and either take a photo and point or edit mine with a circle so i can fix my car

Yes that hose is weak and shits itself with heat and stress...note my one has been repaired a few times Follow the red circles for the answers you seek!

My advice is get some better, more flexible hose as this one and a few others are crap!
