Yes your ceramic turbo lost its wheels...

Not his GT30 that he fitted 4 weeks ago... and he said before that theres no smoke... so i assume it can't be that severe.. well he hopes not anyways

I fitted my GT3076R 2 weeks ago next tuesday... im loving it.

Nice one matey, at least you worked it out. Bet when you saw that, you felt both relieved and really dumb at the same time

Do your intercooler pipes have a lip on them? if not, you may want to get one made, otherwise, everytime you hit high boost, it'll pop the pipe off

lol i felt more then dumb and it wasnt hanging to far off, just pulled the bumper off, went down to bunnings to buy a hose clamp and fitted it and all fixed, man was it a relief took it for a drive down the beach and everything is good !!

lol @ boost no work in neutral

hahaha  golden

hey guys not long ago my clutch has been getting bad, and as i was driving it changing from 2nd - 3rd it felt like a a big slip ever since then my car cant seem to boost? i tried it before reving it in neautral and cant boost at all ? any ideas on whats happening ?

cheers sam

your car isnt like the ones in thse jap draag movies lol.

Cruise generally you'll find that a narrow clamp will bite into the hose more because it has less area of the hose to compress - trade off of hose life because given enough force it can cut the hose clean through if the clamp is narrow enough .

Same old song - have a read of Corky Bells Maximum boost , he shows how some race apps have tags welded to the plumbing and some flexible eg wire means of resisting the pipe spreading through internal boost forces . Doing things this way means the clamps workload is reduced to sealing the hose and pipe/duct , not stopping the pipes bolwing appart .

Cheers A .
