How Do You Plump Back?

I recently bought myself a Stealth FX BOV from GFS. I want to run Plump back from street legal reasons and atsmo for track days.

Anyways, how do you plump back? What do I need to do? I'm just confuzzled on the situation about it..

There is a setting on the bov, all you do is just turn the knob and its done.

do you have to block the plumb back hose when you are venting to atmo? cheers...
