Hey guys i need some help.

Its a S1 R33 4 door non turbo

My battery went flat (lights or something) so I took the battery out and charged it back up, put it back in - my alarm (duno what type or name, recently got car) made some noises before it seemed ok to press the open button on the remote, the doors dont open or anything? even if it does make the sound etc.

Can anyone help?

Thanks, leigh.

sounds like a stuffed actuator. have fun :D

had to drill a hole inside behind seat belt and put a piece of wire through to get it open, the little white thing doesnt flip around when you try to open it so guess gotta replace it or something, any ideas if it is fixable or where to get new parts from?

if its a clip- wrecker . off any nissan of that vintage. if its 33 specific - nissan. no point getting used stuff.

You couldn't remove the arm-rest control panel or the clip around the internal door-lever and tug on the rods that the actuator hinges on?

I guess it depends where the clip is eh? That sucks. I had to fix my sisters clip on her passenger side door of her Mirage... but you could still manually unlock the door, so getting the doortrim off was a breeze.

So if the actuator is screwed, and the clip is still fine, then it's the clip that's holding onto the rod, which is stuck to a jammed actuator.

If you could pull hard enough on the rod to make the clip slip, then in theory the door would unlock?

Turns out there was a little screw that was meant to be in this little spot thingy, had gotten jammed in somewhere so we removed it and it seems to work fine and we put a brass little screw thingy back in to replace the plastic one.

I honestly can't picture what you mean. Wanna post a pic incase anyone else has the problem a year from now and uses the "search"? =-]

in short the rod slipped and jammed the lock mech. common with most of those clamps.
