Alarm Notification Sound

[GTS4-32]

Hey guys, a couple days ago i got this problem, its a rattler alarm system and i lost my manual for it, so i thought id give it a shot here.

Usually when i press the lock button it makes a 'beep' sound, but for some reason it doesnt seem to do it now. Locks up without a sound.

Anyway of fixing this problem?

what is the LED doing - solid,flash,nothing?

what version of the alarm do you have?

The led is solid now.

Im not really sure what version because i bought the car with it in there already.

unit is in valet. look up rattler on the DEI.com site. (think its actaually www.directed.com ) and grab the users book for it need to find the valet switch and take it out of valet.
