yes. 25mm bolt on for both front and back.

rear is tight fit at both ends with the 25mm, and front is to clear the strut.

i'm not too sure about r33's, may or may not need spacers. i dont know.

R31's are just shocking when it comes to offset and rims, and its too hard to find nice rims with correct offset.
