Help With Change Of Display Name

hey im trying to change my name on here, and i cant seem to figure out how to do it - ive even tried contact administrators and no one has gotten back to me

id l ike to either change my display name, or just delete my account and create a new one with the new name...

would be great if anyone could help =]
