sort of, u need to measure the clearance between the cam and lifter first then remove the covers/cams/belt/lifters, do a few measurements and calculations and refer to the workshop manual, get the desired shim to close the gap all but leaving a small clearance for heat expansion etc

Do you think i should park her up and not drive it till i can fix it.
