Removing Pulley Belts

Hi,

Im trying to remove the pulley belts from my RB20DET but im stuck on one of the pulley belts. I cant seem to get the belt off from the Power Steering. Is there a tension bolt anywhere? There was a tension bolt for the other two belts but i cant seem to find one for the Power Steering.

Any Help would be Great!!!

firstly: lol at the avatar!

second: There sould be! There is on the R33. It's behind the bracket, and is very long like the alternator one. You need to loosen the locking bolt that is accessible from between the holes in the powersteering pulley. Once that's loose, the tensioner bolt should undo easily enough.

im not sure how it is with the rb20 but the tenion adjuster on a 25 is right underneath the pump in a really bad spot to get to

Yer, behind and a bit below the bracket, as Ron says. But do the locking bolt first!
