Help Please - Tar

this thread shows that i removed my sound deadener

as happens, can't get 100% of it off the floorpan

just wasnted advice as to which cleaning agent i should use to get the rest of the tar off

most suggestions have been metho (and obviously a rag and some elbow grease) but yeah anyone else got a suggestion besides metho?

Easiest way to get rid of SD is dry ice in my opinion.

Saves you ALOT of time and elbow grease and isn't all that expensive to do so

yeah you can do a whole car with no mess in around 30mins. DRY ICE FTW....

it comes off clean so can be painted str8 away too.

lol. read his post guys! he has already removed all the sound deadening using dry ice. he wants to get rid of the residue from the tar left behind. anyway, the answer is a can of prepsol and come muscle work.

Also try gun wash,(for spray guns)

I've never tryed it on tar but it gets everything else off
