Skylines With Sunroof

was just talking with a mate and he assured me that no skyline (R32-34) came from the factory with a sunroof, but this just didnt sound right to me, although i have nothing to back it up, he said he did somewhere. anyone care to give me a final answer?

I have a R33 with a factory sunroof, and i've seen hundreds of others with a sunroof too. all look the same as mine, inside and out. Roof turret with part number for optional sunroof

thanks for the quick reply, and yeah, i've seen too many with sunroofs that all look the same, buts hes verys tubourn and claims to have proof. now im gonna harass him to show me it.

May be he was talking about the GTR...I am preety sure no GTR were made with Sunroof "Body rigidity issue probably..." I have seen many R33GTS - R34GT with sun roof....but not R32GTS....maybe their just rare...

AFAIK, 33s and 34s came out with sunroof as a factory option except the GTRs.

I've got one..and its damn well factory

yeah, im just gonna keep on at him about this thing he has that says they never came from the factory like that. yeah i've never seen a GTR with a sunroof, i'm pretty sure they didnt, maybe thats what hes talking about, but he was telling me skylines in general never did, and he is as stubourn as all f*ck. so keep the posts coming, then we'll see what he says

My 32 gtst's got a sunroof and it looks pretty factory looking to me. So looks like all models (bar gtr's) came out with them!

yes, all GTSTs, and GTS, etc could have had factory option sunroofs. NO GTR of any model (32,33,34) came with a sunroof option.

Skyline sunroofs are awesome because when they retract, they go into the roof not over it like some cars (eg Mazda RX8) which makes it look ugly.

apparently i heard that only 1 in 20 of r34 have sunroof..

i have a sunroof in my r32 gts-t...tho the motor must be getting weak or something cos it needs a bit of a push when first opening.
