Penrite Diff Oil (fully Syn) Any Good ?

Hi there SAU members ,any one used penrite fully synthetic diff oil? would use redline but cant get it and looked at a few threads which pretty well told me that castrol syntrax was the best other oil but would like to know if the penrite f/s 75w90 is as good as the rest ? what do you guys reckon its going into a gtst r32

There is an active thread about fluids on nissan silvia. Im going to get penrite sin fully synthetic 75W90 for the gear box and the 80W?? for the diff. (Coming up to 90,000km)

You can get redline stuff from ebay from an online wholesaler -- but it seems too cheap. I wouldnt know if its the right shapped bottle with a fake sticker on it or not.

Oh and check how much of it you need too.. for the blu200 its about 1.5L for the gearbox and 1.2L for the diff. Ill get 2L.

As for getting penrite sin oils.... Save up your $$$ and then go online and register your email address with Repco. You get a 20% discount voucher for your next visit. Im going to spend a few hundred on Oils (engine diff box), radiator fluid, sparkplugs if they have the ngk, and maybe oil filters.

Are you thinking about Limslip 85W140?

As for the original poster, if you are going to get an oil for the diff, then it is probably a good idea to get a oil specifically made for diff applications and that is where the Limslip oil comes in (hense the name).

yeah. whatever the manual recommended rated oil is... just in the penrite sin fully synthetic.

btw Mobile 1 fully synthetic 5W50 engine oil is on special at autobarn soon.. ends 5th april

      So, we now have a straight and clean boot lid inbound and the car goes in for paint, again, on Wednesday, and will be ready on Friday, all ready to get cams and stuff on Monday  And by straight and clean.....I mean a brand new OEM one that cost..... $1300....😪 Sadly there's no clean undamaged used soft top version available, plenty for the power retractable hard top versions though, which is arse and makes Mark have the sads I could have waited longer, until a NC sort top boot lid eventually turned up, but I'm sick of waiting and said fark it and made it rain cash, meh In other naturally aspirated news, one of the guys at work brought in his old Corola which had a 4AGE in it, really nice clean car with lots of mods, including ITB's, man that things induction noise sounds sick with all of the dorts that makes you smile......maybe the NC needs ITB's, yeah, basically for the noise they make, but they're pretty expensive, but, they sound so damn good I may bring this up when I drop the car up on Monday, and by may, I mean I will🤣🤑🤪🤣
