there are ones that move across the windscreen from side to side, they usually do the trick :)

nah, doesn't really matter IMO, theres all this fancy testing done on windscreen wipers, but it comes down to preference

ive seen the silicon ones work as well as kmart/supercheap/auto1 ones

Just bought some dual blade replacements from supercheap the other week... awesome... The last ones I used were genuine Nissan from my brother and the dualies are heaps better. They aren't massive things either so they don't look ugly.

Why have one when two is twice the fun!?!

Dude have you tried them?

What I was trying to say is Ive used the BigW ones, only to find that 2 weeks later they get noisey and dont wipe as nice. I made this mistake a few times trying different blade types.

The Nissan ones I have now have wiped the same way when I bought them 6 months ago.

I buy the cheap ones and complain loudly every ime i use them and realise i forgot to change them 3/6/9/12 months ago!

lol my friend got gyped by the pakaging of this $20 wiper "high silicon content" it's clear look like those silicon glue....he put it on, squeaked like mad...laughing my arse off

I think it's really a dried up moulded silicon glue

the best are still bosch spineless oems. The ones that european cars like merc, bmw, volvo, etc, use these days. You know... the flexi kind that has no backbone. Those are wonderful.. but expensive. And you need to modify your assembly to get it to fit. And i love Rain X. I haven't stopped using it since i started years ago.
